Eligibility

You may use our services if you are legally capable and agree to these Terms.

  • You must provide accurate account and contact information.
  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • We may refuse or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
  • Use strong passwords and enable available security features.
  • We may require identity verification for security or compliance reasons.

Payments

Prices are in IDR. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled according to local laws and our policies.

  • Fees are due at purchase or on the billing date specified at checkout.
  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension pending resolution.

Conduct

Be respectful to coaches and peers. No harassment, discrimination, or unlawful content.

  • Do not upload or share content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt our services or bypass technical restrictions.
  • Follow coach instructions and class etiquette during live sessions.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely to provide and improve the services.

  • Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.
  • You can delete your content; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and site assets are owned by Twilight Brook Meadow Vocal Academy or its licensors.

  • Personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise permitted in writing.
  • No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without permission.
  • Trademarks, logos, and names may not be used without authorization.

Cancellations

Rescheduling depends on class availability. Missed sessions may be recorded when possible.

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to request rescheduling.
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may cancel or reschedule sessions in cases of force majeure or instructor unavailability.

Privacy

We process your data according to our privacy practices and applicable laws. We strive to collect only what we need to provide and improve the services.

  • We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
  • You may request access or deletion where permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or create risks to other users or our operations.

  • You can stop using the services at any time.
  • Upon termination, rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
  • Some provisions survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties beyond those required by law.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in Indonesia unless otherwise required by law.

  • Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.
  • Consumers may have mandatory local protections that prevail over conflicting terms herein.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will provide notice of material changes as appropriate.

  • Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree, you must stop using the services.
