  • Account: name, email, country/region (ID), time zone (WIB), and optional phone number.
  • Course data: enrolled classes, progress, assignments, and session logs.
  • Payments: method, transaction IDs in IDR, and billing address (processed by compliant payment partners).
  • Device and security: IP (truncated), user agent, and session tokens for fraud prevention and login security.

How We Use Information

To deliver classes (WIB schedules), manage payments (IDR), provide support, and improve learning outcomes.

  • Operate and personalize lessons, recitals, and practice routines.
  • Authenticate access, prevent abuse, and maintain platform integrity.
  • Send service emails (schedule updates, receipts) and optional marketing (only with your consent).
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve course quality (only with analytics consent).

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside Indonesia. When we transfer data, we use safeguards such as contractual clauses and vetted vendors with strong security and privacy commitments.

For users in Indonesia, we align practices with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection law (UU 27/2022), including principles of transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, and confidentiality.
